All our products are customized and printed as per your order. Therefore, returns are only accepted in case of:
1. Damaged goods
2. Incorrect products received
To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@sanragcreations.com. We may ask for photos or proof of the issue.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if production hasn't started. After that, cancellations may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.
We ship across Bengaluru using reliable courier services. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location. Delays due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen events are not under our control.
